We understand that not every order will be to your expectations and we request you to kindly view our Returns Policy on how to go about with Returns & Exchanges

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse without our written confirmation

Return Policy

  1. Our policy lasts 21 days from the date of receipt.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. Some types of goods such as Upholstered Chairs & Custom Orders are exempt from being returned. Some products such as gift cards cannot be returned.
  4. Damages ( if any ) must be reported within 7 days with images of the broken item and packaging for the insurance claim process
  5. Please note that the shipping & handling costs for Returns will be borne by you and the amount will be deducted from your refund if the Return was processed by us
  6. All Returns must be in unused condition including the same packaging in which the items were sent and they must be sent within 21 days of Refund Approval. 

Refunds ( if applicable )

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to info@collectorscorner.shop

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product within 21 days only after receipt of our confirmation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 


Order Cancellation

Purchases are cancellable upto 48 hours from the time of purchase. Please email us a cancellation request on info@collectorscorner.shop and we will send you a cancellation confirmation by email. 

Damages

At times, damages do occur during transit in spite of adequate packaging. In such instances, please report it within 7 days of receipt of the item. Damage claims will not be accepted after 7 days. 

Once the damage is notified, please email us photos of the damaged item along with packaging photos to info@collectorscorner.shop

Please note the order number and contact information in the email

We will file an insurance claim for the damaged item which is usually processed within 3 - 4 weeks after all the information has been provided

If the damage is fixable, we will pay to get them fixed. However, if the damage is not fixable, we will pay it through the insurance company or replace the damaged item / part.
